Justin, Anthony, BrieAna & another service tech (sorry didn’t get the name) went above & beyond with all the help they extended. We were on our way to Utah from Kentucky, when had issues with our RV. They solved the issues, treated us with warm hospitality, offered their refrigerator while ours was being serviced, assisted with other functions & even offered us a place to stay overnight. RVSmith was recommended by a friend and I totally understand why . Service was Outstanding. I had break issues and described the issue and Clint asked when was the last service was done to the bearings, I wasent sure as I just purchased the camper. Not only did I need my bearing done, breaks and the magnets as well, thats why I keep loosing connection with truck and camper. Excellent work and now I have a history of maintenance, very important! I also asked Clint to see if there was a fix on my ceiling hatch lock and they were able to order that for me! You need work on your Camper, 5 wheel, horse trailer , they can repair it and the price is fair price and wont empty your pockets ! They do good work, turn around times are also good. I’ve had them do plumbing, electrical, solar and gas so far. All work has been done top notch and on time. This will continue to use them as my go to shop for my trailer.

Although it is rare to find excellent customer service combined with awesome results, that is exactly what you will find at RV Smith! My husband and I needed our older travel trailor brought up to speed. Luckily we found RV Smith. They kept in touch with us every step of the way, sent easy to analyze repair photos and recommendations, and then executed the selected repairs in a timely manner. My wife and I were traveling across KS and into CO when we noticed that our slide out topper was unwound partially. This caused quite a bit of noise and extreme concern. I reached out to The RV Smith, explaining our situation and Clint was able to get us scheduled in the very next day. They got us in as soon as we arrived the next day and had us back on the road quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this organization, they are extremely professional and efficient. I discovered The RV Smith a few years ago and have had my 5th wheel serviced and repaired by them more than half a dozen times. Each experience has been excellent. Their team has always been friendly, helpful, honest, and reasonably priced. Because they are a family-owned shop and in high demand, I would recommend scheduling repairs in advance when possible, especially during busier seasons. At times, the process may take a little longer than it would with a larger company, but their quality of work, attention to detail, and customer service have always made it worth the wait. If you need repairs or service on a 5th wheel or travel trailer, I would absolutely recommend The RV Smith.

We are very happy with the advice and service we received after our camper van awning was destroyed by a sudden gust of wind. Clint and the rest of the group communicated in a timely fashion and helped us navigate a claim with our insurance company. They ordered our replacement awning and had it installed as fast as humanly possible. They had great attention to detail, rerouted and secured the wiring. They worked hard to get us back on the road for our next adventure. We couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend this company.

Walked in today. First time in this business. Had a question about a door gas strut and oil service. These guys were so helpful and kind. Went right to work trying to figure out the strut. Eventually they turned the computer screen and showed me several online sites that carried the strut. They even went to Amazon and showed me. They explained they could order for me, but probably way easier to go online and ship direct. Gave me the search info on a post-it. Easy-peasy. They don't do any chassis-based service, but gave me Shane's number at ATS. Now I have an appointment with Shane at a business only related through referral by RV Smith. Super simple and answered all my questions even though I didn't spend a dime. Love this sort of service.

They added three inch stock to raise my 5th wheel trailer, reworked the suspension and serviced my axles. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. The welding was much better than the factory welds they removed. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks again RV smith!
